Package Your Beauty Items

Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are securely tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
